The prenatal massages are conducted with the mom in a side lying and semi-reclining position while relaxing on a hydraulic tables.  Ingrid can help eliminate both the physical and emotional stresses that are associated with your pregnancy. If you are blessed with a pregnancy without discomforts, our massages will deeply pamper and nurture you while also increasing the possibility of a quicker labor and with less medical interventions.  If you do however, have pregnancy related complaints, this work will reduce or eliminate back, leg, neck & sciatic pain; reduce edema, swelling, leg cramps, pelvic pressure, hip and shoulder pain

In this glowing facial for the mama and baby. Ingrid uses only natural, organic products. Your skin will soak up essential oils, plant extracts, and medicinal herbs that will rejuvenate your skin. You’ll leave with a healthy glow that only a facial packed full of vitamins and minerals can provide. All products used are safe for you at any stage of your pregnancy

Sore Foot Treatment
Are you walking around with tired, swollen feet wishing someone could help you? Ingrid will first perform a profoundly relaxing foot massage to soothe your tired feet.  Then administer a high quality foot balm which will both invigorate and heal cracked heels and feet. Your feet will then be placed in warm booties or hot towels so the product can sink deeply into the epidermis.  This treatment will not only greatly help with water retention, but also revitalize and tone your tired tootsies! Tired/Swollen Leg Treatment
This treatment for our precious pregnant moms helps revive tired, heavy, swollen legs.  Ingrid uses strokes designed to increase circulation and to reduce/eliminate the feeling of fatigue that many moms experience.  Upgrade to any massage session 

Stretch Mark Prevention Treatment
Our tummy massage techniques will prepare your skin for the amazing next stage of this application, a nutritive, organic oil-infused cream for growing tummies. Our stretch mark cream actively aids in keeping skin hydrated and elastic. (Regular use of a stretch mark prevention cream throughout your pregnancy is recommended for home use).
